One of the students in a college course I'm taking talked about Google SketchUp of which I had never heard. I wanted to find out how to use it, so I thought I would share the beginner's video from YouTube for everyone.

This is a video I created for my middle school advanced computers class to give a brief overview of the main selection tools in Adobe Photoshop.

If you teach technology and haven't looked at this site, go check it out. It has videos, a forum, webinars, and an online magazine that you can subscribe to (it is sent to your e-mail) among many other things. It is well worth the look.

All Caught Up

I finally got caught up on both my classes after getting started a little late. I Spent 5 hours on the computer researching educational blogs and writing forum responses before spending another 5 hours doing my taxes on the computer.  Can you say technology burnout? I decided to spend a little time on YouTube afterward and looked at my uploaded videos. I thought I would share a short video I have uploaded on my YouTube account of my son's solo last spring at his choir's concert.

I forgot to put in my profile that I have 2 dogs also and since I need to put a picture on here and I doubt that my little Sudoku widget counts, here is the picture of my cuties.

ET 705   This class is a challenge for me. I am completely not social and am out of my comfort zone here. I have never had a blog before and the only thing I do on my Facebook account is look at what my friends and family post and follow my favorite shows or companies.
